LAB Security Systems, a Connecticut precision manufacturer of machined lock pins, had been struggling with their Odoo implementation for 18 months. After working with two different partners and experiencing constant turnover, they were stuck between a 20-year-old Microsoft Access-based MRP9000 system and a new ERP that wasn't ready.
With a January 1st go-live deadline looming and only 8 weeks remaining, they called COMPDAT.
